This policy covers the Thirteen Virtues AI assistant integration and its connection website, provided by Jayme Hoffman.
Information used
We use your account email and authentication session to sign you in. Connection records include the agent you authorize, your timezone, and when access is granted or revoked.
With your approval, the integration reads your synced journal: selected virtues, practice dates, recorded faults, reflections, conversations, later updates, and saved lessons. Results may include author roles, entry identifiers, journal revision, and cloud-update timestamps so your assistant can interpret and reference the source accurately.
How information is used and shared
We use this information to provide the context you request, manage access, and operate the integration. Approving a connection allows that agent to request your full synced history, even though an individual request may return only a bounded period or page.
Requested results are sent to the AI service you connect, such as ChatGPT. That service handles the information according to its own policies and your account settings. Revoking a connection cannot remove information already included in its conversations.
Supabase provides account authentication and cloud storage, and Vercel hosts the connection website and forwards requests. These providers process information needed to operate the service. The integration uses session cookies for sign-in and records operational information such as request status, tool name, response size, and duration. Its tool-event logs do not include journal text or access tokens.
Your choices and deletion
You can view and revoke connected-agent access at Connect your practice. This permission is separate from the app’s coaching-memory preference. The integration is read-only and does not create a second journal database.
To request account and journal deletion, email jayme@13virtues.ai from your account email. We complete these requests within 30 days. We may need to verify account ownership to avoid deleting another person’s data. Deleting your Thirteen Virtues account does not delete copies previously shared with an AI service; manage those through that service.
If you contact support, we use the information you send to handle your request. Please do not include passwords, email codes, access tokens, or private journal entries.
